Finding Templates
Finding templates provide pre-written content for common vulnerability types. When imported into a project, they copy the title, severity, CVSS score, and markdown content into a new finding.
Accessing Finding Templates
Navigate to Templates → Findings in the org-scoped sidebar.
Route: /org/:id/templates/findings
Creating a Finding Template
Step 1: Click New Finding Template
Step 2: Enter template details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Template name (for example, "SQL Injection"). |
| Severity | Default severity level. |
| CVSS Score | Default CVSS score (use the calculator if needed). |
| Content | Pre-written markdown content for the finding. |
Step 3: Click Create
The template appears in the list. Click the row to open the full editor and refine the content.
Editing a Template
Click a template row to open the editor. The template editor works the same as the finding detail page — Live, Rendered, and PDF modes with auto-save.
Deleting a Template
Use the row action menu or bulk delete from the templates list. Confirm in the dialog.
Importing into a Project
From a project's Findings list, click Import Template and select a finding template. See Manage Findings for the full workflow.
